|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I've been here now just over a week, and everything is great. Apartment is beautiful, great amenities, fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is super too.
|Recommended: YesGood Place to live — I'm living there for only 4 days and at the beginning everything is ok so far. By my choice I live on the side facing the street and the noise is loud during the day and part of the night, the windows do not seem to be noise-proof as I was used to.

|Recommended: YesFeels like a resort — This place is amazing, great positioning, next to I-Drive and close to a I-4 entrance, i would definetly recomend living here, brand new construction, units are beatiful during the day, looks fantastic when the sunlight hits. Amenities are very interesting aswell, including skeeball, a pool table, ping pong and last but not least a gourgeos looking pool with a tanning area
|Recommended: YesA Wonderful place and community Lots of floor plan and bedroom options. Very happy in the first 4 months here. Beautiful, and large, 1 bedroom unit.
Covered parking. A fantastic pool area, protected on all 4 sides by the apartments, with fire pit, grills, a huge TV, and plenty of seating.
Beautiful clubhouse area, and “game room”, where gathering events of various themes are held almost weekly.
The staff are the best Ashley has been amazing since the very beginning, and continues to be amazing no matter if a question needs answering or just passing by to say hello
You owe it to yourself to at least come take a look. You won’t be disappointed.
|Recommended: YesA beautifully made place…just nasty pet owners — This place was made with care and care continues to be added to it. The only issue are the people who own dogs and refuse to clean up after the dog. Even though there’s everything available for them to take care of the dog bags and a place to put the poo , they instead have their dog potty on the sidewalk and walk away, or even in the grass and didn’t bother picking it up. My husband found dog poo by the pool entrance, so we haven’t gone by the pool since. My suggestion to the managers or those in charge is to look at this program call poosprints. It worked well in my previous apartment, every dogs DNA was collected, so if poo was found on the premises, the owner will pay a 500 dollars Fee. And after 3 times they will vacate the premises. May seem harsh, but the grass was kept really clean Just a suggestion. But aside from

|Recommended: YesTriton Cay 3 months In — After 3 months of living here it has been an overall pleasant experience. As with any new place there have been some hiccups. However, the staff responds quickly and efficiently anytime something needs to be taken care of.

|Recommended: YesWe absolutely adore living here — Triton Cay Orlando is not only in a fantastic location, but the building and amenities are fantastic We are super close to Universal Studios, many restaurants, grocery stores, and other fun things as well. My fiancé and I aren’t sure if we even have neighbors because of how quiet the complex is Gorgeous pool, gym, lobby, and lounges. Really great management team who is on top of everything and there to help whenever you need it. Very personable as well. Apartments are updated with great appliances and the apartments are a great size. I am so happy that we chose Triton Cay
